Modern 3-star budget hotel near Eiffel Tower and the Seine
Located in a quiet pocket of Paris, close to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, the 3-star Hotel Alize Grenelle is a good base to see the tourist attractions. Apart from the sights, with lively Montparnasse districts being so close, there are many entertainment possibilities, from famous and hip cafés to excellent restaurants, charming bars and chic cabarets. If you’re in Paris for business, the proximity to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre and the business centers makes the hotel very convenient.
The hotel is in a new building and it is a modern, contemporary place with a simple, clear style. Nevertheless it has a certain charm, characteristic of Paris boutique hotels, and is equipped with all the modern amenities one might need, including complete soundproofing, air-conditioning, satellite television, Wi-Fi, personal telephone, mini-bar, individual safe and magnetic keys.
It is a very moderately priced hotel, with rates that I would consider budget in Paris – a double around 80 euros a night is indeed not much in the city of light. Really good value for money.
