The prestigious Hotel Lyon-Mulhouse will be shut for renovations
Located in the Bastille area, Hotel Lyon-Mulhouse is a family-run establishment serving the public since 1920. A café and a restaurant used to be on the ground floor, now it is part of the hotel, giving room to the reception and the breakfast room. The owners of the hotel have always made sure that the place is up to standard and it has been renovated by each consecutive generation – and now it is time to renovate the hotel again.

The hotel we know is a nice enough place – classic and elegant, with some beautiful features, such as the carved stone ornaments. The rooms, we have to admit though, can do with a bit of a facelift. They are decent and comfortable, but lacking the sophisticated ‘design feel’ some of the competitors present.
Here are the images of the hotel as we’ve last seen it – and we are eagerly awaiting the new look! We will keep you updated, but you can also check the hotel’s website time to time or follow their activity on Facebook.
Hotel Lyon-Mulhouse will be closed through January 2012 and re-open in February 2012.
Bookings on the official website are unaffected by the renovations!
