Discover hotels all around the world! Madrid, Barcelone, Rome… There are so many great cities to discover!

Paris is an extraordinary city to visit, and as a tourist, you may belong to the category of the people-who-want-to-stay-close-to-the-Eiffel-Tower, and I understand you! But you already know it : Staying close to the Eiffel Tower is expensive because it’s probably the most touristy area of Paris!
And yet, there are a few hotels close to the Eiffel Tower where you can stay without breaking the bank. So, I decided to make a selection of my top budget hotels, close to the Eiffel Tower. Here’s my list :
Hotel Europe Hotel ( 16 minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower ) : Located on the Boulevard de Grenelle, this is a cosy little hotel, offering comfortable rooms and a pleasant service. The metro station “La motte-Picquet” is 2 minutes from the hotel, and thanks to one of its 3 metro lines you can easily reach the other attractions of Paris.
Hotel Regina Eiffel ( 11 minutes on foot from the ET ) : This hotel, located on rue de la Tour, offers to the customers a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are pretty, charming and quiet, and the staff is really kind. Around the hotel, you will discover some delightful (but a bit expensive) restaurants such as La Petite Tour.
Hotel de l’Alma ( 11 minutes on foot from the ET ) : Located rue de l’Exposition, this hotel is right next to the Champs de Mars, and some rooms enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower! The staff is very professionnal and always ready to help the customers. As for the breakfast, start the day with a copious and tasty meal, low-priced!
Now you are aware of these good values, you just have to book and enjoy Paris in a new way!

Montparnasse is one of the liveliest districts of Paris – artistic, bohemian, charmingly Parisian – and Rue de la Gaité is the cultural center of the district. Right here on this cute little street, amongst legendary theaters and cabarets, stands Hotel le M, a beautiful contemporary 4-star designer hotel. Théâtre Montparnasse is right across from the hotel with another five famous theaters in the same street, and the legendary cafés La Coupole and La Rotonde are virtually just around the corner. The district’s landmark, the Montparnasse Tower, is also only a few minutes away, and so are the TGV train station, the Galeries Lafayette department store, shops, restaurants and all you might need.

Obviously M stands for Montparnasse, but being put this way – “Hotel le M” – the name already suggests a non-traditional, contemporary and trendy approach. From the outside the style is not yet revealed, although I have to admit the building itself is interesting with its unconventional shape. Upon entering, however, a strikingly contemporary and elegant interior opens up: an atrium with high glass walls letting plenty of natural light in, the reception desk and a discrete and comfortable lounge. There is also a cocktail bar and a little inner court, as well as meeting rooms with business facilities.
The soundproofed rooms, on four levels served by a lift, reflect the same modern style as the rest of the hotel. They come in different shapes and sizes, but all are charming and unique. Some rooms have a terrace while others have peculiar features such as round windows or a bathroom that has inner windows. Either case, the rooms are beautifully furbished and the décor is stunning. Needless to say, there is air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, direct telephone and all that. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are attentive and friendly, the service is exclusive and personal. And it all comes at a very reasonable price, moderate or even cheap with Parisian standards, and especially so considering the location, the quality and class.
